The app.
Sixty Six is an iPhone application published by Alejandro Paez. These terms govern your use of it.
Purchase and refunds.
Sixty Six is a one-time purchase of $3.99 USD (price may vary by region). All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms, not by us — request one through your Apple purchase history.
Your licence.
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices associated with your Apple account. You may not resell it, redistribute it, or reverse-engineer it.
Your data is yours.
The habits you record belong to you. We hold no copy of them. See the Privacy Policy.
Not medical or psychological advice.
Sixty Six describes published research on habit formation. It is not a medical device, not a therapeutic tool, and not a substitute for professional advice. The 66-day figure is a median finding from one 2010 study, not a promise about you — the same study found individual times ranging from 18 days to over 250. Nothing in the app guarantees any outcome.
Provided as is.
The app is provided without warranty of any kind. We do our best to make it work correctly, and iCloud sync in particular depends on Apple's services and your network, neither of which we control. Keep in mind that your data lives on your device and in your own iCloud account.
Limitation of liability.
To the extent permitted by law, Alejandro Paez is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes.
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
